Keys to Steeler`s victory Vs Baltimore and My Picks of the week.

On Offense : The Steelers must win the battle at the line of scrimmage .The offensive line must out physical the Ravens defense. It will all start with rookie center Maurkice Pouncey . The Ravens will put him to the test with nose tackle Kelly Gregg . That match up should be a good one and will tell us what Pouncey is really made of. He has passed every test with

flying colors so far and I expect more of the same . The O line must also do a good job of protecting Charlie Batch .He has to have enough time to find the open receivers and I feel this will be a big part of winning the game . I think the Steelers should come out passing and that will open up the running game. I think a key player will be TE Heath Miller . They need to get him the ball early and often . So look for Heath to have a big game. If this happens it should open up the run game for the Steelers and Rashard Mendenhall . The Ravens gave up a lot of yards to browns RB Peyton Hills a total of 144...so Mendenhall should be able to run especially if they can get some passes completed on the Ravens D and keep them from stacking up on the run ….and of course the Steelers can not afford to be turning the ball over on offense.

On Defense : The Defense must continue to play like they have been and out physical the Ravens . The first thing they have to do is stop the run and Ray Rice. The Steelers defense must stop the run and make Joe Flacco try to win the game ...He has not had much luck at Heinz field throwing 4 interceptions and has a QB rating of just 59.2. So look for the Steelers defense to turn up the heat on him and blitz him early and often . The Steelers must win the battle of turn overs ,they are tied for first in the NFL with a +6 turnover margin ...while the Ravens are tied for last with a -6 turnover margin if these two trends continue the Steelers should be fine.

Now for my picks of the weeks ...I have really been on a hot streak going 4 -0 last week against the spread and have gone 11-1 so far on Sunday's games this year so get the picks while they are hot! As always these picks are for amusement only so don't blame me if you lose your whole pay check!

If I was a betting man I would take....

The Steelers -2.5 over the Ravens.....Big surprise there huh! A great pick non the less ,the Steelers continue to dominate the ravens at home. $$$$

The Eagles - 5.5 over the Redskins ….. The Eagles show everyone why they where not afraid to trade McNabb to one of their biggest division rivals. $$$

The Titans - 6.5 over Denver..... The Titans D and RB Chris Johnson too much for the Broncos. $$

The Chargers - 9 over the Cardinals ….Chargers are a way better team and are at home. $
