Its Time to put up or shut up.

   Hello Steeler Nation and let me start off by saying what a game ! The Steelers and Ben Roethlisberger once again shut the Ravens big mouths and sent them home to watch the playoffs as usual. The resiliency that this Steeler team has shown and continues to show is truly amazing.

I was at the game and it was one for the books. Steeler Nation rocked the place .

Now its on to the New York Jets . They have been running their mouths since training camp . Their coach has been proclaiming that they are the Super Bowl champs since some time in July . When some one is this loud , arrogant and self proclaiming it's usually a sign that they need to talk themselves into believing it.

This tactic of trash talking has worked against the Colts and their soft defense and the Patriots and their even softer defense . The Pittsburgh Steelers though  are a different story. The last thing Ryan wants to do is get this Steeler team fired up. The Steelers let their play on the field do the talking . The Ravens have found this out the hard way.

So Ryan has decided to take a different angle and kill the Steelers with kindness. He loves Roethlisberger . He loves Tomlin . The Jets and Ryan, after a season of trash talking and bold words can't say enough complementary things about the Steelers. Enough already.

The silence of Ryan's mouth speaks loud and clear. Ryan knows that he must not make any false moves against a team like the Steelers. The Steelers need no extra fire for this game. The Jets beat them in December and this is the AFC championship.The Steelers have unfinished business . Words, good or bad won't win this game. The Steelers are about action not words . The Steelers take care of their business on the field.  Hey Rex its time to put up or shut up....and your silence tells me all I need to know.
